Prior to enrollment in the group, onsite Safety Program Evaluations are conducted for employers meeting the minimum group enrollment criteria to help identify opportunities for safety management improvement;
Once the group is formed and at the start of the policy year, onsite Safety Program Evaluations are conducted for employers that have the greatest opportunity for improvement relative to the other members;
After the policy year begins, onsite Safety Program Evaluations are conducted for employers experiencing injury costs that may have a negative impact on the premium rebate;
All Safety Program Evaluations result in written reports that provide specific objectives to the employer’s safety management program and provide specific objectives to improve the written reports that provide specific objectives and safety performance;
As the policy year progresses, safety services are focused on the group members that have the greatest opportunity to improve the premium rebate. For these employers, services may include safety policy and procedure development, employee training, job hazard analyses, injury cost analyses and other services;
All group participants receive no-cost telephonic safety consultations with the RiskControl360° staff.
